Since then, the platform has grown into an amazing network of service partners that offer authentic customer service experiences. To engage people and companies, bringing them together through the understanding of their individual needs, creating mutually beneficial, long-term, sustainable relationships we started as the First company in Kuwait to be licensed as a call center outsourcing company. Processed more than 20M interactions with customers which shows we are successful to achieve our customers trust.

We want to be the first in all our projects. Gulf Call Centers first project was the Kuwait Census project, and since then, the team has grown to over 200 professional customer service agents.
